Dried Apricots
Malatya is responsible for the vast majority of global dried apricot production, and our facility sits at the heart of this supply. We offer four main categories — sulphured (bright orange, various size grades), natural unsulphured (dark amber, no SO2), certified organic (EU/USDA compliant), and ready-to-eat soft apricots (re-hydrated to a tender bite). Specifications including moisture content, SO2 level, colour grade, and defect tolerance are customised per customer. All lots undergo aflatoxin screening, microbiological analysis, and heavy-metal testing before release.
Organic Dried Apricot
Our Organic Dried Apricots are cultivated without the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms. Certified by accredited organic certification bodies under both EU Organic Regulation (EC 2018/848) and USDA National Organic Programme standards. At our facility, organic dried apricots are handled on segregated lines with dedicated equipment to prevent cross-contamination. Every step is documented and auditable — from harvest records through processing logs to final shipment. Size grades from No. 1 to No. 5 are available, with moisture controlled between 18–25 %.
Natural Dried Apricot
Our Natural Dried Apricots (unsulphured) are produced without any SO2 treatment or preservatives. After harvest, ripe apricots are carefully halved, pitted, and laid on drying trays under the Malatya sun. The natural enzymatic browning produces a characteristic dark amber colour and concentrated, caramel-like flavour. Without preservatives, moisture control is critical — we target 20–24 % to ensure a pleasant chewy texture and a shelf life of 12 months. Ideal for trail mixes, energy bars, muesli, baking, and gourmet cooking.
RTE Soft Dried Apricot
Our Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Soft Dried Apricots combine the nutritional benefits of traditional dried apricots with a tender, juicy texture that consumers enjoy straight from the pack. The process begins with premium-grade sulphured dried apricots, rehydrated under controlled conditions to raise moisture content to approximately 30–35 %. A gentle thermal treatment ensures microbiological safety, while modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) extends shelf life to 12–15 months. Available in consumer packs (150 g to 500 g) and catering packs (1 kg to 5 kg) with full private-label services.
Dates
We source premium date varieties and deliver them in retail-ready or bulk packaging. Rigorous incoming inspection, controlled storage, and gentle reprocessing ensure consistent texture, natural sweetness, and extended shelf life for both retail and industrial clients. Available in whole, pitted, and diced formats with full traceability from origin to dispatch.
Hazelnuts
Sourced from Turkey's Black Sea coast, our hazelnuts are available raw, blanched, roasted, and diced. Strict aflatoxin monitoring, size grading, and flavour profiling make them ideal for confectionery, bakery, and snacking applications where consistency matters. All lots are tested for moisture, free fatty acid content, and microbiological parameters before release.
Raisins
Our sultana and seedless raisin range originates from Aegean vineyards. Each batch is laser-sorted for colour and size uniformity, tested for pesticide residues, and packed under modified atmosphere when required — ensuring clean-label compliance for health-conscious markets. Available in organic-certified lines for natural food retailers.
Frozen Fruits
Apricots, cherries, strawberries, and seasonal stone fruits are IQF shock-frozen within hours of harvest, preserving colour, flavour, and nutritional value. Ideal for smoothie brands, bakeries, and ready-meal manufacturers who need year-round fruit supply with consistent quality and food safety compliance.
